The input file should be in plain text format and
contain a list of peptide sequences (each
line contains a peptide sequence).
Allowed file extention: [*.txt]
in this part you can choose your desired
features category (Physicochemical or NMR).
if you choose no one, the Physicochemical
features will be calculated by default then
the download link will be prepared for you in
.CSV format. in case you choose both categories
two files will be generated for each category in result

How to use IAMPE services
IAMPE has two main services:
1- Calculating Physicochemical and NMR features
2- AMP Prediction using KNN, SVM and NB

A- To use each of which services,
first you should copy your peptide sequences
in the left text area (Each line should contain a peptide sequence).
Either you can select your peptide sequences' file from the file selector or copy the sequences
in the text area directly.
B- To extract features out of your peptides you can choose one of options Physicochemical [Default] or
NMR or Both and hit the Submit button. After a few seconds you will be redirected to the download page containing
CSV files of extracted features.
C- For predicting that your peptides are AMP or not you have access three prediction algorithms through IAMPE
with the training dataset of 5739 peptides (4349 AMP and 1390 Non-AMP). After adding peptide sequences to the
text area you can choose your desired predicting algorithms and hit the Submit button.
The results for each calssification algorithm will bring to you within three groups, calculated by:
[NMR features | Physicochemical features | Both features].
